HQ in Boise, ID.&&&&Responsibilities &&&&Performs support function for multiple staff functions. Ability to manage multiple processes and projects with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, responsibility and confidentiality. Provides user support to clients through on-line and telephone support. Completes, organizes and coordinates data, information, and activities for the functional area and/or cross-functional areas. Role may require specific knowledge of functional area processes, procedures, products, policies and programs. Duties may include: compiling information, writing, editing, proofreading documents and reports; answering mail and phone inquiries; scheduling or planning meetings; reviewing/auditing expense reports; filing and data entry; maintaining office inventories and supplies; coordinating with outside vendors. Responsive to internal and external customer needs. Demonstrates strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. &&&&Qualifications &&&&Basic Qualifications : Requires High school diploma or equivalent experience in a specialized and related field, etc. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Reputation for excellence and delivering high quality service. Highly detail oriented, well organized, and skilled in setting priorities. Equally effective working independently and in cooperation with others. &&&& Preferred Qualifications : Associates Degree preferred and/or 3 years of experience in related field. Professional certification (i.e. CAP, etc.). System management/training experience with Expense Administration (i.e. Concur, etc.).
