They will assist with community linkage and expansion of the program in the assigned therapy model. We are changing the world one kid at a time. Will you join us?ResponsibilitiesChange kids' lives by creating, conducting, and delivering individual and group consultation/mentoring in a specialized treatment model.Change kids' lives by working across program boundaries with therapists and program staff to ensure the treatment model is implemented as designed. Change kids' lives by assisting the training team with the development and execution of all new training by being a subject matter expert. Change kids' lives by ensuring all training is delivered in conjunction with the established IYR training plan process.Change kids' lives by assisting with Quality Assurance functions to ensure efficiencies through maintaining and improving procedures related to the treatment model and conducting monthly quality assessments. Change kids' lives by serving as relief staff in assigned treatment models when a position is vacant or incumbent is on extended leave. Must HavesMaster's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Marriage & Family, Counseling or PsychologyProfessional license in conjunction with degree (e.g., LCSW, LCPC)3+ years' experience in related fieldExperience providing consultation/clinical supervision preferredCertification in treatment model (or obtained within 60 days of employment)Physical Requirements, Mental, Equipment & Working Conditions Elements:Normally scheduled to work the day shift, but work will include late afternoon/evening times when client family is available, including weekends. Must be able to respond to crises at any time of the day or night.May be required to attend an occasional organizational meeting or training sessions that requires overnight travel and that may last for several days approximately 15% of the time.Requires periodic travelIncumbent may work outdoors and around large animalsIncumbent may be required to stand for long periods of time or may sit for long periods of time in a temperature controlled environment Incumbent may sit for periods of time in client's home where they may be exposed to poor living conditions and allergens such as animal dander, smoke, dust, etc.Required to be available via cell phone 24/7
