AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION -Ponderay, Id&&&/h4&nn&&&span style="text-decoration:underline;"&&&SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR:&&&/span&Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:&&nn&ul&&li&Answering the telephone for the location.&/li&n&li&Opening, maintaining, proofing and closing service department work orders in an accurate and timely manner.&/li&n&li&Preparing all warranty work orders with necessary information to facilitate central warranty processing and monitoring reimbursements.&/li&n&li&Assisting in scheduling technicians&/li&n&li&Assisting customers by phone and in person by providing information regarding the status of work orders, billing inquires and related concerns.&/li&n&li&Providing back up to the sales administrator.&/li&n&li&Any additional duties as assigned.&/li&n&/ul&&&Qualified applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers. Above average computer keyboarding skills and knowledge of Outlook, MS Word/Excel and Internet required.
